Delivery

Many products on our website are handmade by us and therefore you need to allow up to 21 days for your order to be delivered, especially during our busier periods.

Please note we only post to UK mainland. There is also an extra postage charge for our larger products to the Highlands. If in doubt please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Replacements

Please inform us as soon as possible if any items are delivered damaged or we have made an error in your order, so please check your order as soon as it's delivered. We will then advise you on whether or not the item has to be returned. If the item has to be returned then it must be unused and it's original packaging.

For your records we advise that you retain the proof of posting if the item has to be returned. Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if found damaged at time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as defined in Consumer Rights Act 2015.
